Join the Bristol Hospice team as a Regional Director of Hospice Services, a hands-on leader who helps our California teams get better at what they do every day. This role travels throughout the entire California territory, working on site with our locations to dig into processes, find what’s getting in the way, and fix it alongside the people doing the work.
You won’t just audit and leave. You’ll train and educate teams in person and walk with them through system implementations, care model changes, staffing changes, and quality initiatives until the new way of working sticks. When needed, you’ll step in as Executive Director, Director of Patient Care Services, or Clinical Supervisor to keep care and operations steady.
